Abstract
Early diagnosis and treatment of congenital dislocation of the hip is the only means of obtaining good results.
But a large number of congenital dislocation of the hips remain undiagnosed before the child begins to walk.
A case of old unreduced congenital dislocation of left hip joint 23 years old female is reported.
The chief complaints on admission were limping gait and limited ranage of motion of left hip, especially abduction since childhood.
Total hip replacement associated with innominate bone osteotomy and shelf operation were performed at once.
